Roland has worked in natural search optimisation for around six years, engaging with high-street retailers and media companies through to small on and offline businesses.
A significant proportion of his time has been spent developing techniques analysing high volumes of search expressions/keywords (up to half a million taken from Hitwise and Google Adwords) and applying the resulting analysis throughout a clients organisation i.e.
influencing digital strategy, content development, team resourcing, the structure of a website – and more – with positive results.
He is currently a partner at Refined Practice and a freelance natural search consultant.
