Ignacio has been part of Steelcast, the Parent Company for CopyPress since 2011, joining CopyPress as COO in Q3 2012 to help the company accomplish the goal of becoming a Content Marketing ecosystem where creators, publishers and advertisers can find simpler ways to collaborate and create content, increase their traffic and maximize their market reach.
Before joining Copypress, Ignacio was part of the funding team of Zugo, a major search engine brokerage, working for companies like Ask.com, Bing and Yahoo, and which distributed over 100MM downloads of its proprietary software.
In 2004 Ignacio co-founded Mashboxx.com, the first P2P service to be fully licensed by the four major record labels and the genesis to present successful online music services.
Ignacio obtained his Law degree from San Pablo-CEU University (Madrid) in 2000 and an Intellectual Property Law Master Degree from San Pablo-CEU Business School (Madrid) in 2001.
